This evening dance offers a safe and expansive space to explore movement as medicine.

The playlist is carefully curated to guide you through a journey of soundscapes and musical genres opening different facets of your being.  

This is dance as medicine.
An invitation to open your heart, connect with your body, move energy, and drop into your fullest expression.
Come as you are. Move how you feel. Just be.

Join us for a contact jam prior to dance from 5-5:45.  This is a freeform movement where we play with connection making safe contact through improvisation. There will be light guidance then we go into a jam space. We'd love to have you join! No experience necessary.
