Join us for a Summer Solst-ish Weekend at Clear Heart Sanctuary
June 5–7

Celebrate the approaching solstice with a grounded, heart-centered intimate weekend of movement, song, DANCE, community, joy, and authenticity. This retreat—two weeks before the solstice (SOLSTISH)—invites you to connect, dance, and express yourself on the beautiful land of Clear Heart Sanctuary. In community we RAISE the vibe. Capping around 50 people including facilitators.  _______________________________________________________________

What's Inluded

  • Two Ecstatic Dance journeys, grounding yoga, Dances of Universal Peace, authentic connection, group coherence games, and an accessible introduction to Contact Improv workshop 
  • Group song circle and evening fire jam space
  • Cacao ceremony
  • Organic meals and snacks (light lunch, dinner, brunch + cacao) — GF & V options
  • Soulful connection, authenticity, and shared celebration of the season
  • Optional camping: Friday and Saturday nights (limited capacity)

Weekend Schedule 

Friday (optional bonus night) dinner will not be provided on this night 

  • 3:00–5:00 pm — Check-in & settle ( for people coming from out of town or folks camping) 
  • 7:00 pm — Shared song around the fire with Benjamin and Crew

Saturday

  • 10:30–11:45am — Grounding yoga with Aimee
  • 12:00–1:00 pm — Opening circle & authentic connection
  • 1:00–2:00 pm — Light lunch
  • 2:00–3:30 pm — Song circle with Benjamin J Thomas, Alicia Mckee and Shine!
  • 3:30–5:00 pm — Connection and Contact Improv (for all levels) with Mica & Klarity
  • 5:00 pm — Nourishing organic dinner
  • 6:30 pm — Cacao ceremony
  • 7:00 pm — Ecstatic Dance with DJ Klarity
  • 9:00 pm — Late-night campfire song circle (no amplification)
  • 10:00 pm — Quiet hours begin; silence by 11:00 pm

Sunday

  • 9:15 am — Morning yoga with Mandy
  • 10:30–11:30 am — Dances of Universal Peace with Cordi and Alicia
  • 11:30–1:00 pm — Sunday morning Ecstatic Dance Medicine
  • 1:00 pm — LUNCH

REGISTRATION 

Full Weekend Pass You are in for the full experience! All offerings are optional; camping is available for a small additional donation. 

Sliding scale: $125–$175

Day Pass & Dance-Only Options We offer flexible ways to join while honoring the integrity of the weekend container.

Saturday Full-Day Pass Includes all Saturday offerings, dinner, cacao, and the evening dance.

Sliding scale: $75–$100

Sunday Full-Day Pass Includes morning yoga, UDP, ecstatic dance, and brunch.

Sliding scale: $55–$80

Saturday Night — Dance + Cacao Only 6:30 pm onward.

Sliding scale: $25–$40

Sunday — Ecstatic Dance Only 11:30 am–1:00 pm.

Sliding scale: $20–$35

About the Weekend REGISTRATION OPTIONS

The full weekend experience is the heart of the gathering... it builds depth, trust, and continuity. If you can stay for the full Saturday-Sunday container that would be wonderful! Being present for the whole weekend helps hold the energy and deepen the shared experience. There is something truly magical that can happen when we stay for the entire experience, from arrival to closing. 

To help keep the container steady, grounded, and sacred, we ask that participants minimize coming and going. We understand summers are busy, if you can’t attend both days, you’re warmly welcome to join for all or most of Saturday and/or Sunday, or just for the dance portions.

Need Flexibility? If you’d like to attend but need flexibility around arrival or departure times, please call us and we’ll discuss logistics and the best times to arrive and leave so we don't have cars coming and going at less than ideal times during the event. Thank you !! This helps support the integrity and sweetness of this weekend.

Location 

Clear Heart Sanctuary is on a lovely private residential property close to town. After registering you will receive an email with detailed directions.

Camping at Clear Heart Sanctuary

  • Additional optional donation is welcomed if you choose to camp out, or roll the cost into your ticket price. We are easy going about this… happy to meet you and happy to accept donations to go towards projects on the land.  We’ll leave it up to you!
  • Amenities: basic outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, composting toilet, tent space and limited camper-van spots
  • Note: property sits above Chumstick Highway; some road noise and a train may be heard at night — earplugs recommended
